KidHub strives to provide a safe, age-appropriate environment for children that is free from inappropriate topics, language, or play. To support this, all staff receive training on maintaining clear and professional boundaries with and around children.
These topics include, but are not limited to:
KidHub expects all children to uphold these same boundaries in their interactions with peers. We take these matters seriously, and any child engaging in inappropriate conversation will be addressed immediately. Depending on the severity, the child may be placed into the Behaviour Management Flag System. It is essential that parents ensure their children are aware—before attending—of the behaviours and conversations that are considered appropriate and acceptable at KidHub. Clear understanding from the outset helps maintain the safe, respectful, and positive environment we work hard to provide for every child.
