Purpose

To clearly define the implementation of KidHub’s authorized pickup list and how to modify it for your child.

Policy

Only authorized contacts on a child's pickup list will be permitted to sign-in/out that child. Additional contacts can be added to a child’s authorized pick-up list with a minimum of one-day's notice. Anyone that is not on a child's authorized pick-up list will not be permitted to leave with the child.

Procedure

To Modify your Child’s Authorized Pickup List

1. Log into the Kindertales web app
2. In the sidebar, click My Child
3. On the Profile tab scroll down to the Authorized to Pick-Up/Drop-Off section and click the pencil icon.
4. Use the form to add up to four additional people that are authorized to pick up your child.

Responsibilities

• Parents are responsible for providing KidHub Management with a list of individuals that are authorized to pick up their child through the Kindertales app
• KidHub is responsible for enforcing the authorized pickup list
