Purpose

To establish the necessary requirements for bussing arrangements to ensure the safe pickup of the children off the bus.

Policy

KidHub is able to accommodate some bussing arrangements, depending on their scheduled arrival times. All bussing arrangements must be:

• arranged by parents, in advance, with their child's school, and
• approved by KidHub Management to ensure we are able to accommodate the arrival of the child(ren) off the bus

Responsibilities

• Parents are responsible for making all bussing arrangements with their child’s school
• Parents are responsible for ensuring KidHub Management is informed of the details of the bussing arrangements
• KidHub Management is responsible for approving all bussing arrangements presented by parents
