Purpose

To clearly define the use, and importance of, KidHub’s digital child care management system, Kindertales.

Policy

KidHub uses a child care management system called Kindertales to manage waiting lists, enrollments, attendance, parent forms, child reports, and billing. Kindertales offers and web-based app as well as a limited mobile app for use by parents:

• Web App
• iOS Mobile App
• Android Mobile App

Responsibilities

• KidHub is responsible for onboarding all new parents with the Kindertales app
• Parents are responsible for setting up their Kindertales account by completing all of the necessary forms and adding their payment method into the system prior to their children’s attendance in our program.
