Purpose

To ensure that parents are aware of KidHub’s notice requirements for program withdrawal.

Policy

In order to have sufficient time to fill a vacant space, KidHub requires all clients to give a minimum of three week's written notice for the withdrawal of their child from each of KidHub’s programs. If proper written notice is not given, parents will be responsible to pay for the cost of child care for the weeks that notice was not given.

For Summer Camp registrations, KidHub requires written notice for all camp week withdrawals to be submitted to KidHub Management a minimum of two weeks prior to the first operational day of the Summer Camp.

<aside> ❗ Do not give your notice of withdrawal to, or request an enrollment change from, the KidHub teachers at the centres. They are not involved in, and have not been trained to accept, enrollment change requests or withdrawal notice. This is considered insufficient notice.

Procedure

To request an enrollment change or give notice of withdrawal for a child from one of KidHub’s programs, parents must send KidHub Management an email to [email protected] indicating the requested date of the change/withdrawal.
