Policy

In order to reserve a space for your child in one of our programs you will be required to pay a non-refundable registration deposit for each program you would like your child to attend. All deposits will be held on your account and credited towards the last invoice of the program for which the deposit was paid. Deposits will not be returned for any withdrawals prior to attendance or for termination of child care where sufficient notice was not given. If sufficient notice of withdrawal is given while actively attending a program, and your account is in good standing, the deposit will be returned and credited towards your last invoice of the program.

Procedure

After receiving approval of your registration request from KidHub Management, send an e-Transfer for the appropriate deposit amount (typically $50/child/program) to [email protected].
