Policy

In order to reserve a space for your child in one of our programs you will be required to pay a non-refundable registration deposit for each program you would like your child to attend. All deposits will be held on your account and credited towards the last month’s fees of the program for which the deposit was paid. Deposits will not be returned for any withdrawals prior to attendance or for termination of child care where sufficient notice was not given. If sufficient notice of withdrawal is given while actively attending a program, and your account is in good standing, the deposit will be returned and credited towards your last payment for the program.

Responsibilities

• KidHub Management is responsible for processing and approving registration requests.
• Parents are responsible for ensuring their payment method is added to our billing system so that their deposit can be processed in a timely manner to solidify their child’s registration.
