In its sole discretion, KidHub reserves the right to bill an administrative fee proportional to the extra costs and time spent on exceptionally complex billing arrangements. We do our best to not charge these fees, however, due to the nature of some requests by parents, they are sometimes necessary.
The calendar below shows all of the billable before & after-school days, highlighted in yellow, for the 2024-2025 school year. These billable days include all enrolled weekdays from the first school day in September to the last school day in June, excluding Christmas break and Spring break. There are a total of 196 billable days in the 2024-2025 school year.
